Our family history, our flavor
The history of the Pernilita, was born in Maracaibo in 1987 when our Dad Idelfonso Vargas, discovered in his kitchen, the most fabulous recipe of pork ham (pernil) this recipe combined it with an explosive salad of pineapple and cabbage, topped with a piece of grilled cow cheese, these flavors rest on a thin and crunchy bed of corn flour, the delicious Arepa Pernilita.
